BOOK INTRODUCTION

God is a God of miracle, signs and wonders and healing is part of His miracles. The Scripture said; “For I am the LORD, I change not” … (Mal.3:6a). “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever”. (Hebrews 13:8). This implies that if God ever healed, He is still committed to the health business of His children. Jesus said “healing is the children’s bread” (Matt.15:26, Mk 7:27). This indicate that healing is part of the heritage of the children of the kingdom. The greatest pain of heaven is when our Lord Jesus looks down from His throne of grace seeing His children suffering in sickness; languishing in pain and in bondage of the wicked one which he has fully paid for on the cross at Calvary with His blood. His heart bleeds and He wish they know and really understand that the price has been fully paid. The same price that gave us redemption from sin, redeemed us as well from sickness and disease. Our salvation is complete with healing of the body inclusive.

Someone’s question would then be; if the price has been fully paid, why are the children of God still living under the bondage of sin, sickness and disease? Why is this generation ravaged in so much pain as if there is a new dimension of sickness and disease! where is the miracle and the power of God to heal like Gideon ask? (Judges 6:13) There is no question of man or life that has no answer in the word of God.

The Scripture made it clearly that in the last day’s sin and wickedness will be on the increase because people will become lovers of self than chasers of God. But understand this, that in the last days will come (set in) perilous times of great stress and trouble [hard to deal with and hard to bear]. The people will be lovers of self and [utterly] self-centered, lovers of money and aroused by an inordinate [greedy] desire for wealth, proud and arrogant and contemptuous boasters. They will be abusive (blasphemous, scoffing), disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane. [They will be] without natural [human] affection (callous and inhuman), relentless (admitting of no truce or appeasement); [they will be] slanders (false accusers, troublemakers), intemperate and loose in morals and conduct, uncontrolled and fierce, haters of good. [They will be] treacherous [betrayers], rash, [and] inflated with self-conceit. [They will be] lovers of sensual pleasures and vain amusements more than and rather than lovers of God. For [although] they hold a form of piety (true religion0, they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it [their conduct belies the genuineness of the profession]. Avoid [all] such people [turn away from them] (2 Tim.3:1-5) Amp. The above scripture is the picture of this generation. This is why it looks as if the healing power of God is in scarcity.

However, all we have a greater promise in God’s word. But God’s free gift not at all to be compared to the trespass [His grace is out of all proportion to the fall of man]. For as many died through one man’s falling away (his lapse, his offense), MUCH MORE PROFUSELY did God’s grace and free gift [that comes] through the underserved favor of the Man Jesus Christ abound and overflow to and for [the benefit of] many. (Rom 5:15) (Amp) …But where sin increased and abounded, grace (God’s unmerited favor) has surpassed it and increased the more and super abounded. (Rom.5:20) (Amp) This means the challenge is not on the increase of wickedness rather the ignorance of the provision of God’s healing power and grace. (Ps 82:5, Isa.5:13, Hos 4:6) The blood that handled sin also took care of its consequences; including sickness, disease and all the bondage of the enemy. God’s goodness and mercy are superior to satanic wickedness. (Lam 3:22-23). The Lord is in search of well-prepared sons and daughters of the kingdom, to entrust them with His healing power for this end-time (2 Tim.2:19-21). God’s mind for the end time wickedness, is that there will be massive revival and power move in the Church of Jesus in such way that will humble the pride of many. There will be an outpouring of God’s grace and power because where sin abounds, grace much more abound.

The Lord’s prophecy through prophet Isaiah and Micah amongst many others about the church of Jesus for the end time: And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills, and all nations shall flow unto it. And many people shall go and shall, come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob, and he will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths, for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. (Isa.2:2-3) But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills and people shall flow unto it. And many nations shall come, and say, come and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths. For the law shall go forth out of Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. (Mic.4:1-2). Joseph said to Pharaoh “the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh; it is because the thing is ESTABLISHED by God and God will surely bring it to pass”. (Gen.41:32) To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly [places] might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God. (Eph.3:10) Through Christians like yourselves gathered in churches, this extraordinary plan of God is becoming known and talked about even among the angels! (MSG) You will not miss out in the end time plan of the LORD in Jesus mighty Name.
